Our Talented, Professional Staff

My love of dogs has made me devote my last 50 years to this lifelong profession.

I would like to express my gratitude to my great, talented staff for all their hard work to help make our salon the best place to work!!!

I was the first hired, have been here since Sept 1996, and have found a home. I’ve seen many changes take place and can show my expertise in styling your pet to your satisfaction.

I came on board in Feb 2008 and have shown my skills to many of our little four-pawed friends. This is a much different place to work than I’ve experienced in other salons. I also specialize in fur coloring and unique pet designs.

I served my internship here through ABC Grooming Academy and have been working part-time until June 2015, when I found a new home with a full-time position. I love making dogs feel and look special with my artistic background, and I hope to continue my talents as I learn other skills.

 After a 20-year absence, following two decades of home schooling her children and accumulating valuable experience at PawMart, Hoosier Groomer, and Gilmer Park Vet Clinic, she returns to us in 2025 with her exceptional talent and expertise.

I started here in May 2021, coming from a local salon and looking for a new place to share my talents. This is where I belong, working with a great staff and showing my skills in pampering your precious four-legged friend.

I’ve worked here part-time since Aug 1998, learning the trade from Sue, and enjoying all my furry friends in this fun place to work!

I was hired as a bather/groomer in March 2020. Although I like Tigers, we don’t do Kitties here, so I am now enjoying my new-found 4-legged friends of all breeds and sizes. I really enjoyed the challenge and working with a great staff, and I am taking this experience off my bucket list.

On Sept 2021 Sue hired me as a part-time bather, after a year I was trained as a groomer and have enjoyed making my 4 legged friends look their best. After moving here from Texas I found an enjoyable career.

I started working here as a bather in July 2020, something different from a banquet coordinator. I always had a love for dogs and wanted to work with them. I have my own Winnie, an Irish Doodle, and she keeps me pretty busy. I hope to move on to other duties to show my talent in the salon.

I started working here in April 2021 as a bather, and I am so excited to have the opportunity since my parents have been coming here for a while. I love working with your pets and hope to advance to groomer to show the best of my talents. 

I was hired as a receptionist Oct 2023 by Sue and love my 4 legged friends and interacting with all the staff, I find the position challenging and satisfying but a bit hectic at times but that keeps me on my toes!

Sue hired me in March 2025 as a groomer and have really enjoyed learning additional techniques to further my skills from a great staff. My hobby is showing dogs and have won many awards. I will do my best make to make my 4 legged friends look their best.  

Sue hired me in July 2024 as a groomer after 23 years with McDonalds. This was quite a change, but I never knew how challenging it would be but love every minute of it making my four-legged friends look their best.
